As a Servant Leader and an Agent for Change in Higher Education, Thomas develops innovative strategies for our partners to maximize their university’s success. Thomas collaborates directly with each new partner to ensure a tailored solution is defined and set in motion with all stakeholders.
 

Adam Samhouri

Academic & Operations Director

Adam collaborates and offers solutions to partner with universities for strategic planning, program development, and faculty development within the Universal Design Learning framework. He holds a Master’s of Science in Instructional Technology and is a certified Project Manager Professional®. Adam’s passion is to ultimately help students be current and relevant in our ever-evolving world. 

Samantha Brown

Course Exchange Director

Since the inception of the Online Course Exchange in 2005, Samantha has played a key role in the success it has achieved. Samantha works directly to provide support for universities, individual users and students for a variety of systems, policies and procedures. Ensuring effective and efficient operations, she seeks to understand how each partner functions uniquely and strives to build strong and enduring relationships.

 Jessica Wallace

Course Exchange Manager & Marketing Coordinator

Serving in a dual role, Jessica functions as the operational liaison between members in the Course Exchange where she works closely with our Course Exchange members on a daily basis to manage enrollments efficiently. Jessica also manages and coordinates branding, marketing, and marketing strategy for Higher Learning Partners.

Aimee Cameron

Associate Director of Enrollment Services

Aimee is a relationship manager for our clients serving as the liaison between internal and external teams in the delivery and maintenance of online programs for our partner universities. Areas of focus are day-to-day operations, technology, admissions process, and most importantly, the student experience.

An experienced and strategic leader in Higher Education with proven success in managing talented and innovative teams to drive enrollments. Julie is knowledgeable about the growing competition and ongoing demands in education and utilizes her skillsets to collaborate with partners to drive results.

Becca Cooper Leebove

Marketing Consultant

Becca helps pave the way for Higher Learning Partners' marketing and branding strategy and execution. Becca is a Regis University MBA alumna and an award-winning marketer. She brings nearly 20-years of branding, PR and marketing experience at corporations and advertising agencies to Higher Learning Partners. Becca works with the Higher Learning Partners team to plan and implement ongoing branding and marketing efforts.

Eric Davidson

Director, Analytics & Business Insights

Eric is an accomplished leader in contact center analytics services and operations support with 13 years of experience serving partnerships in the higher education vertical. In his role, Eric leads the Analytics, WFM, and Project Management teams that deliver data-driven insights and implement student outreach and engagement strategy optimization.

Tyler Horsley

Digital Marketing Consultant

Tyler uses his knowledge base and intelligence skills to help education organizations strategize and grow online. Tyler has built and implemented nationally-recognized programs and efficiencies that have allowed many organizations to thrive, cut costs, and become scalable. He now uses his skills to read, study and interpret Google's algorithm, it's updates, impacts, compliance, regulation, and measurable bias that plays a major role in the online higher education space. 
 

Jerry Mosier

Senior Consultant

Jerry is a dedicated marketing professional with experience in customer acquisition, search engine marketing, campaign development, CRM System management, and contact center operations. Jerry regularly consults with colleges and universities from across the country to evaluate marketing and enrollment operations and provide strategic planning for growing enrollments in adult and online programs.

Based in Silicon Valley, Stephen brings over 25 years of experience to the team. Passionate about the intersection of technology and education, Stephen helps set the technology direction for the platform at the university as well as with our partners. Stephen speaks at several industry developer and technology events as well as has testified in front of the US Congress on technology issues. 

David Maynard


Senior Technology Advisor

David brings over 20 years of experience in building and developing educational, financial, and other software. He is responsible for the overall architecture of the Taawan platform as well as the development team. David’s passion for technology and strive for excellence is reflected in our software.
